I have started Amla and Aloe vera production at my field and established processing units which resulted in the value addition of our productions at our farmland. I have motivated many farmers to adopt organic farming and teach them about the value addition of their farm production. I have given training to many of the farmer’s groups of many states like Sikkim, Manipur & Assam North-East states. Many of the students from India as well as abroad have done their research work at our processing unit/farmland regarding micro-irrigation, value addition, making vermicompost, decompose, natural pesticide, etc.
