Why should I buy from FTB Organic?
FTB Organic is a platform where you can expect to get handpicked high-quality products procured directly from farmers engaged in organic farming as well as natural farming. To know more, please read Our Story.

Do you ship across India?
Yes, We Ship across the India. Although, A few products might have some shipment restrictions as per the convenience of the farmer.

Do you accept cards and online transfers?
Yes, We have the option of Card payment and Net Banking. Although the COD option is not available.

Why are there no discounts?
We procure products from farmers directly. We want them to get full value of their produce as we are on a mission to uplift the farming community. Besides, the products you receive are pure and of superior quality. It is hard to find such purity elsewhere.

Our farmers leave no stone unturned to provide you excellent quality products with guaranteed purity. For this, they use superior techniques and equipment. This increases their cost of production too, so it is not feasible for them to offer discounts on their products.

Is shipping free?
No. As the product is directly shipped from the farmer to the end consumer. The Shipping charges will be borne by the end customer.

When will I receive my order?
The transit time varies according to the distance between the farmer’s place and the end consumer. However, the fastest shipment method will be used to transport the product.

Can I cancel my order?
The order can be canceled and refunded before it is accepted by the farmer. After accepting the order by the farmer the order can be cancelled but refund policy is not available.

How do I track my order?
You will receive the details of the delivery partner and the transit number to track the item, once the item is dispatched.

What If I change my mind and want to exchange the product?
The product once ordered might be exchanged if their is some quality issue in the product. However it is solely upon the merchant to exchange the product or not. Please feel free to connect with our team at +91 8800023204 so that we can help you in the best possible way.

Do you provide cash on delivery (COD) option?
No.

The product I received is defective/spoiled. What is your return policy? Do you provide refunds?
This actually does not happen when you buy from FTB Organic because we handpick our products carefully from farmers. However, if, in a rare case, you receive a product that is not up to the mark, the order might be exchanged on receiving the proof of defect from you end. However it is solely upon the merchant to exchange the product or not. Please feel free to connect with our team at +91 8800023204 so that we can help you in the best possible way.

We do not provide refunds. So, you cannot simply return a product. You can exchange it.

Do you ship outside India?
We are working on this aspect.
