PREPARATION PROCESS - Ghee is preapred by churning Makhhan(not Cream/Malai). In this traditional vedic full Bilona ghee is prepared in an earthen pots. This ghee is a ' SWARNCHHAR' golden yellow colour ghee which depends on sunlight spread over 'Surya-ketu naadi' of a cow i.e. on a hump of desi cow. It takes around 30-40 litres of Desi cows A2 milk to make just 1 litre of A2 Ghee.
