Aarogya Himalyan Special Combo:

1. Ragi Millet Flour:- Procured from areas which has the most pristine water and soil, Ragi is processed and cleaned in traditional methods and then cold grounded on the Watermill at a slow rate per minute. Ensuring that it retains nutrients. It is extremely rich in calcium, proteins, minerals and is particularly recommended for infants of six months. It can be used to make cakes, puddings, breads, rotis and a variety of items. It takes approx 12-14 minutes to grind 1 kg flour on our watermill which operates naturally with the pace of river water flow.

2. Multigrain Flour:- Pahari Haat Multigrain Flour/Atta helps in keeping blood pressure, diabetes & weight gain under control. And this combination with God’s grain (Amaranth) provides a good company of Vitamins, proteins, antioxidants, dietary fiber, minerals, calcium, zinc etc. It is grounded in the tradition water mill which takes approx 12-14 minutes to grind 1 kg flour. It operates naturally with the pace of river water flow.

3.Panchratna Mix Daal (Hand pounded):- Panchmel mix dal is a lentil preparation from Uttarakhand which is known for its nutritional value. It is a mix of 5 dals (Pahari Masoor, Rains, Urad, Arhar & Chana dal), and though it is one of the most favoured Mughlai dal, it is equally popular in Pahari cuisine.

4. Munyasari Rajma White:- These off-white-colored kidney beans are cultivated on the great Himalayan slopes. Munsiyari Rajma is grown under severe climatic surroundings and chemical-free environmental conditions that give it a subtle and unique taste. Free from any chemical or pesticide, Munsiyari Rajma derives its name from Munsiyari - Located at an altitude of 7,200 ft, Situated at the entrance of Johar valley. Rich in vitamins and other minerals, Munsiyari Rajma is a good source of protein & carbohydrates. Due to its unique and subtle taste, high fibre content and colour, this Rajma is favourite of all ages.

5.Pindari Valley Aromatic Red Rice:- The Himalayan red rice is grown in the pristine environs of Uttarakhand. It has a nutty taste and earthy flavour. Easy to cook and digest makes it an effortless addition to your daily diet. Organically grown without any chemicals, the Red Rice or Laal Chawal has got a very high nutrition value, fibre content and is a good source of antioxidants.
